Q: Do you sell/deliver outside of Australia? A: No, unfortunately at this time we only sell our products within Australia.
Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: We have a Flat Rate Freight cost using Express Post in Australia. Shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: How long do I need to allow for Delivery?
A: WEDDING ACCESSORIES: Orders for wedding accessories placed prior to 2:00pm (EST) Mon-Fri will be sent Express Post the SAME day. Orders after 2:00pm (EST) will be sent Express Post the NEXT day.
